Seaside helps the desultory.

Not sure if you can tell but I don't look super awake and happening in these photographs. That's because sometimes, foreign cities and the surrounding of non stop movement can make you feel a bit drowsy. Ironically, as the boats and the seaside often do that for some people, it however was a pick me down for us. (Does that even make sense?). We escaped the city to the other island and headed over to Andy Warhol's 15 minutes eternal, and got to know dear Andy a bit more. (art galleries, biographies and autobiographies can do that for you). It was pretty breath taking being in the same room as his belongings and creations. I took as many sneaky photographs as I could, but too bad I was being chased/yelled at by the super anal security guards "No photo!!". Another thing I learnt about Hong Kong, since it's so happening all the time, so are the security guards apparently. I only say this because when I'm in art galleries in Sydney, most of the time the guards are fast asleep and I can usually get away with sneaky photo taking.

  2. In New York it can be super-hard to get away with sneaky photo taking as well, I usually have to use my phone and pretend I am sending a text.

Also, I love your blog, I'm a new follower!
